Careers

Build things your neighbors keep for decades.

We are a Western Massachusetts shed and garage builder, working since 2000. We pay fairly, treat people the way we want to be treated, and read every application.

To treat others as we ourselves wish to be treated.

That is our culture in one sentence. It decides how we talk to customers, how we leave a job site and how we work with each other.

Vision

To make the world a better place for our presence both individually and collectively.

Mission

To provide products and services that add value to the lives of our customers.

What guides us

Making the world a better place by providing quality products and services while governed by the golden rule.

General guidelines

No surprises. This is what we expect, and what you can expect from the people next to you.

  1. We arrive at work at 7:00 or earlier if the foreman requires it. (Other individual agreements can be made by department.)

  2. We will not use foul language, nor curse, nor take the name of the Lord in vain.

  3. We remain fully clothed — long pants and shirts must be worn at all times.

  4. Wear company-provided shirts with company logo whenever possible.

  5. We do not use drugs, smoke, or consume alcohol on the job or be under the influence of such substances on the job.

  6. We keep our job sites and work areas clean.

  7. We respect our customers' property.

  8. We maintain our tools and equipment.

  9. We use our material resources wisely.

  10. We are always friendly and communicate (if possible daily for the onsite crews) with our customers when we are at their property.
